WHAT DO MOST COUPLES GET WITH YOUR SERVICES?

MOST COUPLES WANT A 7-10 MINUTE HIGHLIGHT FILM, FULL CEREMONY EDIT, AND A TEASER TRAILER. I HAVE A LONG LIST OF A LA CARTE ITEMS TO TAILOR YOUR COLLECTION TO FIT ALL YOUR NEEDS. (SPEECHES EDIT, FORMAL DANCES EDIT, MULTI DAY COVERAGE, FILM BOOKS, ETC.)

WHAT IS YOUR PAYMENT PLAN?

33% down as the nonrefundable retainer fee.

33% 6 months before the event, and the final balance is due 30 days from the event. Once the retainer fee is paid and contract is signed, your date is officially booked. 

 

WHAT ARE YOUR ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS?

I accept checks or CC. If you'd like to pay via Credit Card, I'll set up an invoice so you can proceed with a credit card payment. Please note if you decide to go this route, a 3.5% processing fee will be applied to the balance. If you'd like to pay via check, checks can be mailed to the address given at the time of booking.

 

WHEN DO I GET ALL MY VIDEOS BACK?

My contract states that within a brief 12 weeks or sooner all items in your collection will be delivered. HOWEVER, YOU CAN PURCHASE A NEXT DAY TEASER OR 1 WEEK DELIVERY TEASER.

 

WHAT IF I WANT TO ADD ON SOMETHING LATER?

You totally can! On our final phone call about 1 month before your event, we will discuss any A La Carte options you may be interested in purchasing before the event. By then you will have a better idea of the timeline and what might be good to have in addition to your current collection.
